SPGO(D Seal) PISTON SEAL Performance and use:
SPGO also called D seal.SPGO constructed of a wear-resistant, filled PTFE ring and O-ring. The O-ring provides a pre-tightening force to compensate for the wear of PTFE square rings. Suitable for hydraulic cylinder piston seal, two-way seal. General and supporting the use of guide ring. Pore size less than 40 specifications, should be used split groove.
SPGO(D Seal) PISTON SEAL Material: PTFE + NBR, under special circumstances using rubber fluorine rubber FKM.
SPGO(D Seal) PISTON SEAL Working conditions: 30PMa, working temperature: -30 ºC ~ +120 ºC (O-ring material for the Dingqing rubber 70), - 20 ºC ~ +205 ºC (O-ring material for the fluorine rubber 80), the peripheral speed : To 5m / s, working medium: mineral oil hydraulic oil and flame retardant hydraulic oil. Material: Seal ring ------ Polytetrafluoroethylene / carbon compound D32, O-ring ----- Dingqing rubber 70 or fluorine rubber.
